Muba Extremo Beam Lifter available for hire.
Uses a screw mechanism and winding handle to lift heavy loads 3m high, which is often enough to install beams in residential properties where there is a ceiling height of 2.4m
These beam lifters have a capacity of 600kg, if that isn't enough you can hire two of them which increases the capacity to 900kg. Ensure you raise them at the same rate to avoid tilting the RSJ.
They're a great machine to use when installing structural steel beams in a house extension
Whilst this machine can seem quite large, it folds down to being 28" high, meaning it can be moved through doorways and side passages easily.
