Wet Diamond Tile Saws are professional machines which offer ease of operation and excellent results. Tiles are rested onto a firm bed and the radial mounted blade is drawn overhead to cut large format tiles.
These wet saws can be delivered to your site from a distribution centre near you. The bridge saw design, with an electric tile cutter mounted to a rail, makes them the best tool for accurately cutting all manner of tiles.
You can find many brands on the market like rubi & battipav, and we've settled on BTec's powerful Diamond3 range for our rental fleet.

Benefits
- Great for long, delicate or thin cuts near the edge of tiles
- Btable bench can accommodate large format tiles, this is especially useful when cutting at angles
- Whilst machines are calibrated, we do not recommend that you measure the cut at both ends of the tile and check that the diamond blade runs along your planned cut before starting. If you trust the square at the end of the table, even a small amount of debris or a slight knock can push it out of square. It's very frustrating to waste tiles by making an inaccurate cut so we highly recommend checking this.
- Less prone to accidental breakage than a manual tile breaker
How to use
- If you're looking to cut holes or delicate angles, you can buy porcelain tile cutter blades for angle grinders, or porcelain tile cutting bits for drills.
- These can be used in combination with a nipper to remove sections, often around things like radiator pipes.
- For deeper tiles, you may need to go over the cut in several passes
- Note that the motor is optimised for high speed and low torque, so if you put excessive pressure on the blade you can bring it to a stop. let the blade do the work and you'll have no issues.
- You'll find that bits of tile and sludge build up quickly, and it's good practice to change the water in the tray regularly to avoid the water sprayers getting clogged. This can be washed out with a hose if you remove the drain plug.
- It will take a few seconds for the water feed to start wetting the blade after turning it on
- We recommend you use it outdoors due to the amount of water spray this machine produces.
- Wear goggles, ear protection, and gloves, when brittle tiles break they produce sharp glass-like shards which can cut skin.
- Note that the thin blade is only a couple of millimetres wide, and can flex on deeper tiles especially on cuts near the edge of the tile.
- Please apply the transportation lock when not in use
